Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The hotel's location is fabulous, just a 5-minute walk from Quai du Mont Blanc and even closer to the train station. The rooms were clean and cozy, the staff was super friendly, and the shower in the room was fantastic. However, the room felt really hot and stuffy at times, even with the window open and the fan on. Being so close to the main station and transportation options made exploring the city incredibly convenient.
The hotel is located in a fantastic area close to the Geneva train station. The rooms were comfortable, but there was no cooling system, so we had to keep the windows open. The service was top-notch with very helpful and friendly staff. The dining options were basic but reasonably priced. Overall, a convenient location with minor room discomforts.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, but the location had its drawbacks with unpleasant surroundings. The service was friendly and helpful, offering a good breakfast. However, the dining options were limited.
The hotel may not impress from the outside, but the rooms are surprisingly comfortable and really quiet thanks to the double-glazed windows. You'll find amenities like toiletries, a nail file, sewing kit, and a hairdryer. However, the reception area might not be the most welcoming at first glance.
The hotel is in a shabby street with a red light district nearby, but it's very close to the city center and the central station, making it convenient. The rooms were tired-looking and simple, not matching the pictures online. Service varied from unfriendly to polite and helpful, with some staff lacking basic information. The dining experience had a large selection, and the espresso machine at breakfast was a nice surprise.
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and business areas, although it is situated right next to the red-light district. The rooms were well-equipped with tea and coffee facilities but were quite dark due to limited lighting. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist, especially Luca. The dining experience offered a wide variety of options that helped keep costs down. The hotel's central location provided easy access to all transportation options and attractions.
